  • What are the returns & exchanges policies?

Please allow some time for your hat to adjust to it's new home on top of your head as it softens, shapes & molds over time.

If you're not happy with the size of your hat or you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase (as noted on your invoice) to return or exchange your order.

You can return your item for a:

  • Different size or colour; or
  • Full refund

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

  • Fill out enclosed return/exchange form - returns that do not include this form will be returned to sender.
  • Item must be in original condition & packaging. This means unworn, with no make up, stains or strong odours.
  • All items are inspected by Marlu staff upon arrival, only then will the refund be issued or exchange processed.
  • We are happy to provide one free returns label. Any further returns will be at the cost of the customer.

  • My hat was a gift – can I return it?
    • Yes, you can return an item that was a gift.


  • Can I return a sale item?
    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.



  • How do I know my hat size?
    • Use a tape measure (or a length of string that you will have to hold up to a tape measure) to determine the length. Place the string or tape around your head where the hat will sit - across the mid-forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size.
  • What if I am in between two sizes?
    • If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the next largest size
